Shamrock Festival - March 10-17

Wakefield's Event Planning Committee presents its first annual Shamrock Festival 

 

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10 - WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17

A week long community experience to enhance local businesses.

 

Look for the official Green Shamrock displayed in the windows of participating merchants all around Wakefield.

Enter our “Pot -O- Gold” raffle drawing at participating retails. Spend $25 or more in a participating store and receive a free ticket for a $500.00 cash raffle. You can enter multiple times during the seven day period. The lucky $500 winner will be announced on March 17th.

 Shamrock Festival Celebration

SATURDAY, MARCH 13 (5:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m.)

Of course, what would a Shamrock Festival be if there wasn't a Celebration? Please come join us for a fun filled evening, Saturday, March 13th at St. Joseph's Hall. There will be music, comedy entertainment, Irish Step dancing, an "Open Mike" session, wining, dining and dancing. ~~~Cash Bar~~~
